OLD BUSINESS: Review of projects and status reports from project POC’s (Points Of Contact).
1. Annual Website Statistics for 2015: Review of website usage.
POC: Ron Miller, Webmaster
STATUS: On Going. Website features continue to be used extensively.

2. Capital Project Updates to Residents: 
BACKGROUND: The JK Property Manager, Tom Kristufek (Management) will provide updated website content regarding Capital Project(s) and updated status to the webmaster (Ron) for updating the Capital Projects webpage. 
ACTION POC: JK Property Manager, Tom Kristufek and Webmaster. 
STATUS: ONGOING.  Updates provided in September.

3. Website Content Review Program. 
The purpose of this program is to ensure, as much as possible, that the website content is up to dated and correct. Content Owners consist of the maintenance department, management office, board liaisons, garage manager, and committee chairs.  Typically the Content Owner assigns Content Points of Contact (POC) to provide updates to the webmaster. POC's have provided updated content.  
Action POC: Webmaster and Content Owners POC’s. Webmaster will use a monthly email reminding content POC’s.
STATUS ONGOING: 
A. Recent updates included updated Neighborhood page; J/K & Garage Staff changes; Rental TF TH info; Maintenance info; Capital Projects update.
B. Site redesign options will be explored with the goal of improving the site branding with the J/K Newsletter and other media. Design ideas to be presented to the committee and then board for final approval. POC: Susie Geffen.  STATUS: ONGOING.

4. UP-date Facilities Photos when appropriate. 
Action: Paul.  Status: ONGOING.  Updated garage photos when construction is completed.

5.  Adding topics of interest to owners and residents from the board or board minutes: Important topics of interest to residents should be made available via the office and website. 
ACTION: Susie Geffen, Web Communications Liaison, and Judy Barnes Web Committee Board liaison, provides topics and content. 
STATUS ONGOING: 
A. Clark/North Development page will be updated as information is obtained. Last update July 2015. POC: Judy Barnes. STATUS: ONGOING  
B. Capital Projects Page content last updated September. POC: Tom Kristufek STATUS: ONGOING 
 
6.  New Management impact on JKC.org website requiring Board and Management action:
A.  April 14th, webmaster (Ron) met with Jim Friedrichsen reviewing potential owner/resident login features such as an emailing system, Documents & Forms, a community bulletin board, a Forum, and other CS website based features for Management and the Board to consider adopting.  Recommended features, including caveats, were provided by Ron to management and the board (Tom & Judy).  
STATUS: Webmaster recommendations provided to Mgt & Board (via Judy).
B.  Potential for linking to CS website’s owner login based features from the JK website.  Linking will depend on Board and Management decision to implement the CS web based features.  STATUS:  Pending implementation decisions.

7. Revisit posting photos of J/K Board, Management Office, Maintenance and Lobby Staff.
Action: Maintenance staff photos supported by engineer.
POC: Judy Barnes STATUS: ONGOING

8. Posting of information on website: J/K Management Office temp assistant not tasked with making updates. J/K webmaster is uploading bulletins, and newsletters, minutes, documents and forms when necessary. STATUS: Permanent office assistant hired September; eventually will learn to upload files.

9.  Rental policy task force:  Town Hall meetings planned for August & September.  Information will be added to website when available. August & September meeting info posted to TF page.

NEW BUSINESS:

1. HOA revised website status.
ACTION: Website being reviewed by HOA board. Pending final modifications it should be approved to replace the current HOA website. When activated the J/K HOA webpage will be linked to the new HOA website.
POC: Ron Miller. STATUS: ONGOING Pending HOA board action.
